THE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR generally provides assistance to the Accounts Team in the day-to-day management of accounts and develops the skills necessary to advance to the position of Project Manager.


  • Provides administrative assistance to Account Executives and Project Managers on day-to-day client activities, including responding to client phone calls, emails, and faxes, handling mail/packages, production and creative deadlines, media placements, etc., to ensure continued progress of client workflow in the absence of the assigned Account Executive. Creates estimates and purchase orders and stays aware of client activities.
  • Works direct with Project Managers on workflow and scheduling jobs. Act as a liaison between Traffic and Account Executive.
  • Gathers and assembles background information and analyzes as needed by Account Manager in development of briefs, etc.
  • Provides input in planning stages as requested by Account Executives or Production Manager. Assists in mailings, processing final copy, agendas, conference reports, proposals, correspondence and other materials related to account service and preparing for client presentations.
  • Takes minutes at meetings, prepares and distributes meeting reports, etc.
  • Proofreads copy, artwork, agency and printers’ proofs as requested; sees that all work completes the standard agency approval process before being reviewed by clients or turned over to suppliers.
  • Assists with billing.


  • Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments at one time.
  • Positive outlook and good interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts.
  • Have a strong interest in advertising and marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

We are currently looking for an Account Executive. Applicant must have a degree in advertising, marketing or communications and have 5 plus years of agency experience. The position involves managing existing clients in the automotive field as well as developing new accounts.

Full-Time Graphic Designer with Strong Production Skills

We are in search of a full-time, Intermediate Level Graphic Designer with 5 plus years experience. Candidate will assist Art Director in concept development, graphic design, page layout and art production. A conceptual thinker with a solid understanding of the creative process and a desire to learn is a must.

Requirements Include:

  • BA in design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
  • Solid production skills including photo retouching, color correction, clipping paths, and preparing files for printing

Must be a team player with excellent attitude, strong organization, oral and written communication skills. Auto industry, web and catalog experience a plus.
